Typhoon Music Group-T.M.G, came alive when Damian Ebanks, brainchild and visionary producer and Gregory RA Morris, Grammy Award winning engineer, met at the Bob Marley Museum Studio. Ebanks trained at the Creative Production Training Center (C.P.T.C.) with the end result being a master of his craft. 1999, was the year of T.M.G’s birth as the duo realized that their passions, creativity, purpose and love of music was a chemistry and bond, that would grow and develop into being “Simply Brilliant”, the company’s motto.
TMG, fell in love with music and will do it until the end of time. Inspiration came from watching Steve Marley compose music at the Bob Marley Museum Studio. Over 10 years of experience, TMG has contributed to “I Got Life”, artist Alva, “Hope Rid dim”, label Natures’ Way Entertainment, and the apple of TMGs’ eye “Sunset Blvd Rid dim”, its own. Sunset Blvd. Rid dim, “Simply Brilliant” released for stream only, September 2012 and its launch and release as a mixed CD, October 2012.
TMG’s goals are to achieve and spread quality, conscious music world-wide. The industry and the world can expect the best production of positive and timeless music. The entertainment company offers services: artist management, mixing, mastering, production and in time fashion brand for women, men and children and limitless innovative success. Presently, TMG has no signed artist, but has worked with The Marley’s, DeMarco, Voicemail and Alva to name a few.
Los Angeles – February 15, 2015 – In the interest of supporting American Cancer Society, Alex Nia accepted the invitation, to record Primetime 330 episode, titled “They Don’t Know” together with Typhoon Music Group (T.M.G.) and other friends at Hollywood, CA, on February 15, 2015.
Mr. Damian Ebanks, the renowned musician, also the composer of song “They Don’t Know”, Dr. Mikhail Shtangrud and Dr. Anna Krendel, instructors of the rehearsal were full of praise for Alex Nia’s talent and intense concentration in music.
